One of Sydney’s hidden gems located in the heart of Redfern. George St Deli specialises in yummy bagels filled with delicious fresh ingredients. The bagels are quite big and are filled up generously, making them very filling. I could only eat half a bagel filled with fresh ricotta and glazed fruit and nuts. It was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend trying them. You can either takeaway or sit in the small dining area and enjoy your bagel with a tea or coffee.

I had the special hangover bagel with bacon egg and hash brown, even though I wasn’t really hangover. It was good, the everything bagel is soft, but honestly I felt more hangover after having it. Nothing can’t be fixed with a delicious cup of coffee tho. Will be back to try other types of bagels.

A small bagel cafe right outside of a high end furniture shop. They offer outdoor sitting. They only sell bagels but in many different flavours. The bagel was fresh and soft, the coffee was nice, too!

Absolute gem! Bagels were incredible and loved the vibe with the music and outdoor seating. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lighter brunch/lunch. The pastrami bagel is a must order - super tender and juicy.

It was a good place for bagels - I had the pastrami beef and it was fantastic The coffee here, is extremely bad to say the least. I am generally generous with my ratings - but the coffee here was a watery mess. For context I ordered a regular skim mocha. The Bagel was the only thing I recommend. The table was dirty and self serve cups were smudged and dirty as well. The location is very beautiful so I think with a little maintenance this place has a lot of potential. Definitely recommend the Pastrami Beef Bagel. I do not recommend the coffee AT all. The lemonade was really nice.
